Scope we takeunder our own contract.
- Control philosophy, architecture and I/O definition at FEED and basic design.
- Detail design: I/O schedules, loop and hook-up drawings, cabinet and marshalling design, system and network architecture.
- Application configuration — control modules, sequences, graphics, alarms, historian and reporting — with alarm rationalisation to ISA 18.2.
- Custody-transfer, flow computer, gas chromatograph, package and third-party integration over Modbus, OPC, PROFIBUS and FOUNDATION Fieldbus.
- Integrated FAT with packages, SAT, loop and function testing, commissioning and start-up support.
- Resident and call-off O&M support, annual start-up support and documented management of change.

Which DCS platforms does ATG work on?
Yokogawa CENTUM CS3000 and VP, Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell Experion PKS and TDC 3000, Siemens PCS 7, ABB Freelance and 800xA, and Foxboro I/A. Our deepest bench is Yokogawa and Emerson, with plant-wide commissioning references on both.
Can ATG take a DCS scope in Saudi Arabia under its own contract?
Yes. ATG Plant Automation Co. Ltd. is registered in Al-Khobar with CR, VAT and a MISA investment licence, and mobilises its own employees to Jubail, Yanbu, Dammam, Jeddah, Rabigh and Riyadh.
Do you also do the field side of a DCS project?
Yes. ATG self-performs the instrumentation and electrical installation the control system depends on, so there is one accountable party from the cabinet to the transmitter.
What size of system have you delivered?
From 300 I/O upgrades to mill-wide systems of 1,500 I/O with ten operator stations, and plant-wide commissioning on a gas-to-liquids complex with twenty-seven redundant safety controllers alongside the DCS.
