Digitalisation, OEE & IIoT

Capability

Plant data, OEE and IIoTfrom the controller to the boardroom.

From a sugar mill's production figures landing in Oracle ERP to two 1,223 MW power plants monitored from head office, ATG has been concentrating plant data onto central servers and handing it to the enterprise since 2016 — long before it was called IIoT.

One plant, one set of numbers.

What ATG delivers

Scope we takeunder our own contract.

  • Mixed-OEM controller integration through native drivers and protocol gateways with OPC UA or MQTT northbound.
  • Redundant OPC server pair, historian and centralised data-gathering servers.
  • OEE, KPI and utility consumption dashboards for line, shift, plant and head-office reporting; mobile monitoring.
  • ERP and MES interfaces at the DMZ boundary — production, downtime, batch and consumption data.
  • Safety-system data integration and dashboards — proof-test, demand and bypass tracking — without touching safety logic.
  • Alerting, trend analysis and predictive maintenance inputs from process and machine data.

Frequently asked

Questions buyers askbefore the shortlist.

Do you supply the software or work with ours?

Either. We have delivered on AVEVA, Siemens, ABB PGIM and Yokogawa platforms and on open SQL and reporting stacks; the choice follows what the plant already runs.

Is this only for large plants?

No. A utilities SCADA at a bottling plant and an ERP interface at a cement plant are typical scopes.
